Start with freshly washed and dried hair – don’t use conditioner. Detangle well using a wide-tooth comb. We recommend wearing an old shirt and/or cape to protect clothing.
Wait 1-2 days before washing dyed hair. Avoid heat styling tools for a few days. Also don’t go swimming as chlorine can cause hair color to fade. Be gentle when brushing and use a sulfate-free shampoo.
If you’re unsatisfied with any of our hair dyes or care products, return the unused portion within 60 days for a full refund. Just provide your receipt and we’ll take care of you!
